Know what you eat, and why.
Most people are handed a number and never told what it means. This one walks you through it. Put in your age, weight, height, how active your week really is, and where you want to end up — and you get a starting point you can actually use.
About thirty seconds. Nothing is saved and nothing is asked for. Read your numbers, sit with them, and if you want someone to explain what to do with them, I am right here.
- A daily calorie target for your goal
- Protein, carbs, and fat in grams
- Fiber and water to aim for each day
- A sample day showing how it fits together
If the numbers look a little off, that is normal — this is a starting point, not a verdict. My goal is to make your body a natural energy resource instead of leaning on artificial sugars and energy drinks, and that starts with knowing where you are today.
Your numbers
Fill this in and your daily targets appear beside it. Come back whenever your weight, your job, or your week changes — this is a tool you keep, not a one-time test.
Fill in your numbers on the left and your daily targets land here — calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and water. Take a minute with them before you decide what they mean.
These are your starting numbers, not your plan. Book a free consultation and we will turn them into meals you actually like and a week you can keep — or just send me a message and ask your question.

Fuel is one of the five pillars. Balanced meals, enough protein and fiber, and food you can actually cook on a busy weeknight — that is what we build together, one step at a time.

Nutrition questions
Are these numbers my exact plan?
They are a starting point. The calculator gives you a solid estimate. In coaching, I adjust from there based on how your body and your energy actually respond, and I explain every change.
Do I have to give up everything I like to eat?
No. I want you to understand what you are eating, why you are eating it, and how it benefits your body. Once you know that, you can make choices that fit your life instead of following a list you will quit.
How do I get off energy drinks?
By eating in a way that makes your body a natural energy resource. Enough protein, the right carbs at the right times, water, and sleep do more than artificial sugars ever will. We work on it step by step.
