The story
I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. Football, basketball, and fitness training have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up moving, and I never really stopped.
I found out early that I had a natural skill for helping people get into shape. Not just handing somebody a workout: getting them to understand what they are doing and to actually love the process. That part has always come easy to me.
I have worked inside some of the biggest names in the business: LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, and Club 4. I saw how a gym is run when people are a monthly payment, and I saw how little of it actually goes to the person paying.
My passion for fitness and for helping people grew the hard way. I went through trials and tribulations that ended with me incarcerated for 15 years. I own that. What it also gave me was another chance: a chance to focus, optimize, and execute a new plan for my life.
"I made mistakes in my life that ended with a 15-year prison sentence. While I was in there, I found out I had a real skill for helping people get physically fit. I got out five years ago, got certified with ISSA, and started coaching from there."coach Waliy, founder
Before any of this, I am a family man. I know how a week gets away from you. Work runs long, the kids need you, the house always needs something, and by the time the day is done there is nothing left for yourself. Training is the first thing you cut. Then the second. Then you look up and you are further from where you wanted to be than when you started.
That is not a discipline problem. It is a life problem, and most programs are written like life does not exist. That is exactly why the FOX PACK Transformation Method exists. It was not built out of a textbook. It was built out of my own life: the schedule I actually had, the obstacles I actually hit, and the habits that pulled me back. When life gets loud and busy, we adjust the plan instead of punishing you for having one.
Since then I have found better tools, and I use them to give people what they need, not what corporate gyms and dishonest trainers sell to make money.
I help busy parents and professionals find more effective ways to get in shape, get their energy back, lose the weight, and gain the strength and confidence to perform better for their families and friends.
The way I see it, your body is something you were given, and taking care of it is a kind of stewardship. Discipline is not punishment. It is respect. That is how I coach: on purpose, one honest step at a time, so you can show up fully for the people who count on you.
