Focus
Understand your starting point. Identify what matters most.
Before we build a plan, we need to understand the person following it. Your goals, responsibilities, experience, preferences, and obstacles matter. A strategy for someone with unlimited time and a fully equipped gym may not suit someone working long shifts, raising children, or exercising for the first time.
We establish realistic priorities and a manageable starting point. You don't need everything figured out before you begin. You need to understand where you are so we can determine a sensible next step.
- Goals: weight management, strength, stamina, movement, confidence, or more consistent routines.
- Starting point: your current activity level and experience with exercise and nutrition.
- Lifestyle: work, family, commuting, and the responsibilities that shape your day.
- Obstacles: time, uncertainty, motivation, equipment, meal planning, or past challenges.
- Preferences: home or gym workouts, short training blocks, simple meals, or structured routines.
- Recovery and routines: sleep, stress, energy, and habits that affect your ability to follow through.
The goal of Focus: Replace guesswork with clarity.
